      We are offering the below entry passes

    • 10 full and half-scholarship passes offered

    • 30 volunteer positions (entry pass in exchange for x amount of work)

    • Reduced price tickets for women aged 50+

    • Reduced price tickets for First Nations

    • Free entry for companion carers when attending with a client

      More than one-third of attendees (35-40%) at the event do not contribute towards an entry pass:

  • AvaZan

    10 piece ensemble performance with Sufi dancer

    AvaZan's mission is to nurture artistic growth, promote cultural exchange, and support women's wellbeing. By sharing Middle Eastern music, they bring rich cultural traditions to diverse audiences, using music to enhance mental health and celebrate diversity. Their performance includes a Sufi dancer, with Persian tea and sweets served alongside.

  • Gina Chick

    Book Keynote and Q&A

    Gina Chick is a rewilding facilitator, adventurer, and writer. She is the granddaughter of renowned author Charmian Clift and the daughter of Suzanne Chick, who wrote Searching For Charmian. In 2023, Gina won the first series of Alone Australia after lasting 67 days, capturing the hearts of millions. Her work has been featured in The Guardian, news.com.au, Mamamia, and SBS online.

Ember Co’s Annual Gathering isn't a healing retreat or a wild party, and it certainly isn't the Girl Scouts. To some, it encompasses all or parts of those aspects, to others it’s none of the above…It is an inclusive and eclectic festival, created by a diverse group of women, for all women-identifiers.

We warmly welcome outdoor enthusiasts, free spirits, conformists, non-conformists, artists, adventurers, spiritual folks, women with wombs, women without wombs and everything in between.

An Ember gathering is what you make of it. No scheduled item is compulsory, and the gathering land and schedule are for your own exploration and enjoyment. Whether you attend solo, or with friends, we guarantee your time will be filled with connection, warmth, and curiosity.

SCHOLARSHIP TICKETS

We understand that financial barriers should not hinder anyone from experiencing the magic of an Ember Gathering. That's why we're excited to offer a limited number of scholarship tickets to deserving individuals who may not otherwise have the means to attend. Scholarship recipients will receive full access to Ember Gathering.

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.

    • Must identify as a woman and/or gender fluid.

    • Open to individuals from marginalised or disadvantaged groups, including those who experience socio-economic hardships or similar challenges.
